The company was started by Philippa, a fully trained Gas Heating Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the industry. Her mission was to carve out a niche in the domestic heating market, using patient communication skills, combined with a wealth of knowledge, to assist customers to make the right choices for their home and budget.
She is assisted by Beverley, who has 17 years’ experience in surveying boilers and heating! The pair have worked together for many years and continue to bring their best to the heating industry.
